Community Grants Request

Applicants may print and mail an application or apply electronically below. To request a Zonta Club of St. Louis Community Grant Award:

Fill out and submit an application below.
Specify the type of award can be monetary, hands-on, or both.
Specify the type of request can be short term (less than a year – one-time award) or long term (greater than one year – the award given over a period of time, i.e., $2000 award divided by two years – $1000 per year).
Submit any additional information (i.e., brochure) that may help with the request.
